Chopard Quality Assurance Technician

- Ensure quality in CNC manufacturing processes including turning, milling, and grinding.
- Develop and maintain inspection plans based on technical drawings and design specifications.
- Program and utilize measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines (e.g., Keyence, Werth, Zeiss).
- Conduct and evaluate dimensional inspections.
- Systematically analyze internal quality deviations and investigate causes of complaints.
- Collaborate closely with production, work preparation, and development for continuous quality improvement.
- Apply common quality tools such as 8D reports, Ishikawa, and 5-Why.
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in machining technology.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, tolerances, and measuring instruments.
- Experience with measuring machines and inspection software (e.g., Keyence, Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Mahr).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Teamwork and strong communication skills, especially in interaction with production and quality assurance.
- Independent, structured work approach with a high degree of responsibility and solution orientation.
Experience in machining technology and quality assurance processes.
Completed technical training or equivalent qualification.
