1. Ensure quality in CNC manufacturing processes including turning, milling, and grinding.
2. Develop and maintain inspection plans based on technical drawings and design specifications.
3. Program and utilize measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines (e.g., Keyence, Werth, Zeiss).
4. Conduct and evaluate dimensional inspections.
5. Systematically analyze internal quality deviations and investigate causes of complaints.
6. Collaborate closely with production, work preparation, and development for continuous quality improvement.
7. Apply common quality tools such as 8D reports, Ishikawa, and 5-Why.

1. Completed technical training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in machining technology.

1. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, tolerances, and measuring instruments.
2. Experience with measuring machines and inspection software (e.g., Keyence, Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Mahr).
3. Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
5. Teamwork and strong communication skills, especially in interaction with production and quality assurance.
6. Independent, structured work approach with a high degree of responsibility and solution orientation.

Experience in machining technology and quality assurance processes.

Completed technical training or equivalent qualification.
