Chopard Purchasing Specialist

- Manage requests related to subcontracting purchases such as polishing, setting, and semi-finished parts.
- Handle non-production purchases including cutting tools, consumables, and chemicals, as well as non-precious materials like steel, titanium, and brass.
- Oversee furniture purchase requests for offices and workshops.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external partners regarding these portfolios and coordinate inherent needs.
- Create and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring documents are updated according to negotiated terms and conditions.
- Ensure documentary compliance (e.g., legal, CSR, cyber risks) with suppliers and maintain these documents through the CRM tool.
- Demonstrate versatility and proficiency in administrative tasks and complete management of assigned files.
- Apply the Chopard Group's purchasing directive requirements.
- Study the global supplier market, measure supplier performance, and communicate results.
- Negotiate and secure the best rates with suppliers in collaboration with the department head.
- Place orders according to negotiated conditions (price, deadlines, quantities).
- Ensure project or requirement follow-up, including order portfolio management.
- Resolve reception and invoice disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date articles and purchase databases.
- Communicate with other departments such as logistics, orders, exports, development, and production.
- Align with responsible purchasing practices to minimize environmental and societal impacts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the luxury sector is an advantage.
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical and synthesis abilities
- Proficiency in common software, ERP Oracle, and Orbit
- Fluency in French and English
