Chopard Production Planning and Purchasing Coordinator

1. Coordinate the production of new calibres with the Manufacture and ChopTech.
2. Oversee the production of PIC FB watches and movements.
3. Ensure the reliability and update of production plan information and timelines for watches and movements.
4. Place external purchase orders and manage internal and external portfolios using Oracle 004 Movement and 010 Habillage databases.
5. Manage FB logistics data in the ERP system in collaboration with the Manufacture.
6. Draft and create various management documents and dashboards.
7. Conduct occasional travel to Chopard Meyrin and suppliers as required.

1. CFC in commerce or equivalent qualification with experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry.
2. Development experience is advantageous.
