1. Program and operate traditional machines for the production of watch components, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
2. Perform self-inspection to maintain quality control.
3. Manage and update data through computer systems.
4. Order necessary tooling and equipment.

1. Certification as a Micromechanic or equivalent qualification.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in prototyping.

1. Excellent dexterity and precision.
2. Proficiency with 3 to 6-axis machining centers (Willemin, Num, Fanuc).
3. Basic computer literacy.
4. Familiarity with measurement devices such as Marcel Aubert.
5. Autonomy, meticulousness, and flexibility.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Team-oriented mindset.

5 to 10 years of experience in high-end watchmaking prototyping.

Certification as a Micromechanic or equivalent qualification.

Permanent contract with full-time engagement.
