1. Manage the operational and organizational aspects of measurement tools, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety protocols.
2. Program and oversee production on measurement machines.
3. Define and implement validation strategies for measurement tools.
4. Inventory, monitor, and calibrate metrological equipment in production.
5. Develop and enforce metrological documentation.
6. Research, analyze, evaluate, and validate new metrological investments.
7. Liaise with the method & industrialization department for metrological matters.
8. Train GMM support on the management and use of measurement tools.
9. Define, execute, and maintain measurement programming standards for 2D and 3D automatic machines.

1. Engineering degree or higher education in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
2. 5 years of experience in metrology/quality within the watchmaking industry.
3. Project management experience with strong analytical skills.
4. Knowledge of 3D/2D measurement machine programming (ZEISS, OGP, KEYENCE).
5. Understanding of statistics (capability, risk analysis).
6. Familiarity with ECME management - ISO 17025 (Control, Measurement, and Testing Equipment).
