- Manage the operational and organizational aspects of measurement tools, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety protocols.
- Program and oversee production on measurement machines.
- Define and implement validation strategies for measurement tools.
- Inventory, monitor, and calibrate metrological equipment in production.
- Develop and enforce metrological documentation.
- Research, analyze, evaluate, and validate new metrological investments.
- Liaise with the method & industrialization department for metrological matters.
- Train GMM support on the management and use of measurement tools.
- Define, execute, and maintain measurement programming standards for 2D and 3D automatic machines.
- Engineering degree or higher education in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
- 5 years of experience in metrology/quality within the watchmaking industry.
- Project management experience with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of 3D/2D measurement machine programming (ZEISS, OGP, KEYENCE).
- Understanding of statistics (capability, risk analysis).
- Familiarity with ECME management - ISO 17025 (Control, Measurement, and Testing Equipment).
