1. Execute all administrative tasks in the boutique's daily operations, including handling incoming mail.
2. Accept, process, track, and dispatch service orders.
3. Support the team during sales discussions.
4. Engage in professional communication via email and phone with clients and business partners.
5. Assist in the preparation and dispatch of postal mailings.
6. Contribute to the organization and execution of events.
7. Present high-quality merchandise in the boutique and display windows.

1. Experience in the service sector (hospitality, gastronomy, etc.).
2. Strong customer and service orientation with ambitions to establish a career in luxury product sales.
3. Team player with a confident, persuasive, and engaging demeanor, coupled with a positive aura and well-groomed appearance.
4. Proficiency in German and English.
5. Good knowledge of standard MS Office programs and inventory management systems.
