- Serve as an exceptional Sales Advisor and role model for the team.
- Embody the attitudes of the Selling Ceremony, including empathy, curiosity, agility, and commercial acumen.
- Welcome each client and provide exemplary service.
- Advise clients on Chopard and all product categories, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and excellence.
- Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills.
- Utilize available tools to retain clients, prospect new ones, and develop long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the Boutique's goals.
- Participate in daily store operations: floor management, client reception, store opening/closing.
- Understand and implement company strategy and policies within the team.
- Actively participate in boutique events.
- Establish and process invoices.
- Manage sales administration and submissions.
- Handle tax refunds and manage after-sales service.
- Conduct inventory checks.
- Ensure quality merchandising and store appearance.
- Adhere to store procedures and policies.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury sales.
- Experience in department store sales.
- Knowledge of high jewelry and watchmaking.
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and quality.
- Passion for retail operations.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Agility and adaptability.
- Energetic, pleasant, rigorous, and patient personality.

- Excellent service orientation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
A minimum of 5 years in luxury sales, preferably within department stores, with expertise in high jewelry and watchmaking.
Minimum Bac +2 or equivalent.
