Chopard Human Resources Specialist

- Support the HR Business Partner and local management in recruitment, social media, and learning activities for Chopard's core and hotel operations.
- Define and implement recruitment planning in alignment with the HR Business Partner.
- Manage recruitment processes in coordination with line managers.
- Understand operational needs and clarify job skills and activities.
- Handle job requisitions and advertisements.
- Organize interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and statistics.
- Propose innovative sourcing initiatives.
- Create and maintain a talent pool for retail and hotel activities.
- Develop employer branding strategies and manage social media activities.
- Organize school presentations and recruitment events.
- Manage employee onboarding and training processes.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks and employment contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
- Proven experience of 3 years in HR or recruitment within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Native French and proficient English (C1 level), with a third language preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in IT and social media platforms.
A minimum of 3 years in Human Resources or recruitment within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors, preferably in jewellery and watchmaking.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
