- Support the HR Business Partner and local management team in all HR-related matters.
- Define and implement recruitment planning in alignment with the HR Business Partner.
- Manage recruitment processes in coordination with line managers.
- Understand operational needs and clarify job skills and activities.
- Manage job requisitions and advertisements.
- Organize interviews and hiring processes.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and statistics.
- Propose innovative sourcing initiatives.
- Create and maintain a talent pool for retail and hotel activities.
- Define and manage employer branding strategy.
- Organize school presentations and recruitment activities.
- Prepare and execute internal communication and social media strategies.
- Manage employee onboarding and training processes.
- Handle standard HR administration and employment contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
- Native French and very good English (level C1), ideally a third language (Spanish).
- High level of openness and conscientiousness.
- Extroversion and intercultural knowledge.
- Very good people evaluation and communication skills.
- Action-oriented mentality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in different sectors and geographical areas.
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Very good IT knowledge, including social media platforms.
A proven experience of 3 years in Human Resources and/or recruitment in a luxury environment, preferably in jewelry, watchmaking, or hospitality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
