1. Support the HR Business Partner and local management team in all HR-related matters.
2. Define and implement recruitment planning in alignment with the HR Business Partner.
3. Manage recruitment processes in coordination with line managers.
4. Understand operational needs and clarify job skills and activities.
5. Manage job requisitions and advertisements.
6. Organize interviews and hiring processes.
7. Maintain recruitment dashboards and statistics.
8. Propose innovative sourcing initiatives.
9. Create and maintain a talent pool for retail and hotel activities.
10. Define and manage employer branding strategy.
11. Organize school presentations and recruitment activities.
12. Prepare and execute internal communication and social media strategies.
13. Manage employee onboarding and training processes.
14. Handle standard HR administration and employment contracts.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.

1. Native French and very good English (level C1), ideally a third language (Spanish).
2. High level of openness and conscientiousness.
3. Extroversion and intercultural knowledge.
4. Very good people evaluation and communication skills.
5. Action-oriented mentality.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in different sectors and geographical areas.
7. Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
8. Very good IT knowledge, including social media platforms.

A proven experience of 3 years in Human Resources and/or recruitment in a luxury environment, preferably in jewelry, watchmaking, or hospitality.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
