Chopard Human Resources Intern

- Support all administrative activities related to employee journeys, including onboarding formalities and integration processes.
- Create and manage presentations, documents, and personalized agendas.
- Maintain and update personnel files and manage employment contracts for hotel staff.
- Assist in updating Human Resources policies and manage standard payroll requests.
- Prepare and organize employee events and create an annual events calendar.
- Support employer branding activities and social media presence, including maintaining contacts with selected schools and organizing presentations.
- Prepare LinkedIn posts and propose innovative actions to enhance employer brand image.
- Implement talent development and recruitment activities, including performance evaluations and recruitment processes.
- Organize interviews and maintain recruitment dashboards and statistics.
- Education in Human Resources or Business School.
- Experience in Human Resources administration, preferably through an internship or prior experience.
- Fluency in French (native) and English (minimum C1 level).
- Action-oriented with a 'get it done' mentality.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Open-mindedness.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including social media.
- Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Canva, Excel) and social media.
Previous experience in Human Resources administration, ideally gained through an internship or similar role.
Degree in Human Resources or from a Business School.
