1. Support all administrative activities related to employee journeys, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
2. Ensure proper maintenance and updating of personnel files.
3. Manage employment contracts for hotel extras and standard payroll requests.
4. Assist in updating HR policies and organizing employee events.
5. Support employer branding activities and social media presence.
6. Maintain good contacts with selected schools and organize presentations.
7. Prepare LinkedIn posts and internal communications.
8. Implement performance evaluations and analyze results.
9. Assist in recruitment activities, including organizing interviews and maintaining recruitment statistics.

1. Education in human resources or business school.
2. Ideally, experience in HR administration through an internship or previous experience.
3. Native French speaker with very good proficiency in English.
