Chopard Human Resources Intern

- Support all administrative activities related to employee lifecycle, including onboarding new employees and managing integration processes.
- Create and maintain relevant presentations, documents, and personalized agendas.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of personnel files.
- Manage employment contracts for hotel staff and oversee exit procedures.
- Assist in updating Human Resources policies and manage standard payroll requests.
- Organize and prepare employee events and create an annual event calendar.
- Maintain relationships with selected educational institutions and organize presentations for schools and job forums.
- Prepare social media posts for LinkedIn and propose innovative employer branding actions.
- Implement performance evaluations and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Analyze evaluations, prepare calibration reports, and define development plans.
- Support recruitment activities, including managing job applications and organizing interviews.
- Maintain recruitment dashboard and statistics.
- Degree in Human Resources or Business School.
- Experience in human resources administration, preferably through an internship or previous experience.
- Native French speaker with strong proficiency in English.
- Action and results-oriented with a 'get it done' attitude.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Open-mindedness.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including social media.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Canva and Excel, including social media.
Experience in human resources administration, ideally through an internship or previous experience.
Degree in Human Resources or Business School.
