2. Develop cost estimates for tools and fixtures, providing technical advice and support to production departments including goldsmithing, CNC manufacturing, and polishing.
3. Ensure timely repair of all in-house and machinery technology, documenting each repair task.
4. Plan, organize, and oversee maintenance work for in-house and machinery technology across the plant.
5. Analyze and continuously improve tools and processes.
6. Demonstrate enthusiasm for new technologies in toolmaking and jewelry production.
7. Possess knowledge in additive 3D printing manufacturing processes in fixture construction.
