Chopard Global Head of Events

- Define the strategic event vision in collaboration with the Communication Director and Executive Management.
- Oversee the design, planning, and management of major events in alignment with marketing, communication, and sales strategies.
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and budget adherence of all events.
- Develop and maintain global event guidelines and coordinate local market events to align with brand image and expertise.
- Lead the Events department, including Event Managers, creative and decoration teams, and workshop staff.
- Receive and interpret briefs from various departments to propose event formats and concepts that meet communication, image, or sales objectives within budget.
- Develop and update the event plan in accordance with marketing and communication strategies and budgets.
- Create and implement event guidelines for subsidiaries and internal departments to ensure global consistency.
- Coordinate all event projects, including scheduling, resource management, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Identify, select, and coordinate internal and external event participants.
- Manage the event budget, negotiate quotes, and engage suppliers competitively.
- Build and maintain a network of quality suppliers, partners, and agencies.
- Plan and execute major events such as Watches & Wonders, Cannes, and Mille Miglia.
- Lead the Events HQ team, assigning tasks based on individual competencies.
- Propose improvements for event organization at Chopard.
- Supervise event scenography, decoration, and visual identity.
- Monitor and measure post-event outcomes, define KPIs, analyze results, and ensure post-event reporting.
- Develop internal processes to optimize deliverable quality and efficiency.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of luxury and watch/jewelry sector events, reporting on global best practices.
- Manage partner and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and contractual obligations for each event.

Extensive experience in managing high-profile events within the luxury industry, preferably in a global capacity.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
