- Develop and implement a global e-commerce content strategy aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely updates in line with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
- Handle content requests from regional teams, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute global e-commerce activation plans, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and special events, to drive online traffic and conversion.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global activation strategies to local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide performance reports and structured feedback on the effectiveness of activations, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
- Collaborate with the media department to align e-commerce content and activation efforts with overall media strategies.
- Optimize digital campaigns to ensure maximum ROAS through targeted media placements and strategic content delivery.
- Work with the e-merchandiser to propose new features and content to enhance customer experience.
- Promote a strong online, data-driven approach within the team to optimize e-commerce performance.
- Continuously benchmark the website's experience and conversion enablers against competitors and other industries.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous notable experience in e-commerce content management and activation, preferably within the luxury or premium goods sector.
- Proven track record in driving e-commerce KPIs through content strategy and digital activation.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer experience in the digital space.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Previous notable experience in e-commerce content management and activation, preferably within the luxury or premium goods sector.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
