1. Develop new grand feu enameling techniques, including cloisonné, plique-à-jour, grisaille, aventurine, translucent, opaque, and pailloné, and oversee their production for dials and casing components.
2. Participate in design phases, collaborating with designers to create drawings or watercolors for client validation.
3. Engage in discussions with technical and design departments.
4. Conduct trials and create demonstrators in grand feu enamel.
5. Produce enamel components using various techniques, including miniature painting.
6. Expand the workshop to incorporate new enameling techniques.
7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate new techniques.
8. Train department colleagues in grand feu enameling techniques.
