1. Manage after-sales customer service for domestic and European clients
2. Handle spare parts orders from receipt to dispatch
3. Prepare cost estimates
4. Manage inventory
5. Coordinate components
6. Conduct quality checks
7. Process service orders
8. Organize team tasks
9. Serve as a point of contact for team-related queries
10. Conduct inventory audits
11. Communicate via email and phone

1. Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
2. Ideally, previous experience in a similar role

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
2. Experience with ERP systems
3. Good Microsoft Office skills
4. Excellent communication skills
