Chopard After-Sales Service Workshop Manager

- Oversee the operational, technical, and human management of the after-sales service workshop to ensure high-quality, swift, and reliable watch repairs.

- Regularly present KPIs and provide feedback on quality, productivity, and incidents.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean, 5S, and digitalization strategies.
- Collaborate actively with customer service management and administrative teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including new product launches and field feedback initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams within the luxury watchmaking industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of watchmaking repair processes and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in watchmaking.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies.
Significant experience in a managerial role within the luxury watchmaking sector, overseeing technical teams and operations.
A degree in watchmaking or a related technical field is preferred.
