5. Participate in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI objectives.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
7. Inform management of necessary store repairs to uphold a luxurious setting.
8. Adhere to Richemont policies and participate in inventory management.
9. Support after-sales services and ensure client satisfaction.

1. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong understanding of CRM and clienteling strategies.

Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused role is required.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
