1. Consolidate and maintain journalist contact lists and databases.
2. Serve as a liaison between service providers and press agencies.
3. Manage press shopping activities, including dispatch, follow-ups, and returns.
4. Ensure the proper maintenance of the press showroom.
5. Handle magazine clippings and create press reviews.
6. Send visuals and manage credit requests.
7. Archive collections systematically.
8. Support the organization of fashion shows and press days.
9. Provide occasional support to the VIP team.

1. Higher education degree in business, communication, or related fields.
2. Previous experience in communication or public relations.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Familiarity with the fashion and luxury industry.
5. Knowledge of Fashion GPS software is advantageous.
