- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Engage in personalized client outreach and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet store and individual KPIs.
- Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and CRM objectives.
- Maintain a pristine store environment and support colleagues and managers.
- Inform management of any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious store environment.
- Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable service.
- Comply with Richemont policies and standards.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$26, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
