- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Engage in personalized outreach campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
- Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
- Provide excellent customer service across all omnichannel platforms to enhance sales.
- Stay informed of store and individual sales targets and actively work towards achieving them.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
- Inform management of any necessary store repairs to uphold a luxurious atmosphere.
- Implement store management guidelines and participate in inventory activities.
- Support after-sales clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management
- Strong sales acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail in maintaining store standards
- Familiarity with omnichannel sales strategies
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24, based on skills and experience.
