- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Engage actively in CRM activities to meet targets, including personalized outreach campaigns.
- Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on key clients such as VVICs and VICs.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve business performance goals.
- Participate in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and managers.
- Inform management of necessary store repairs to uphold a luxurious atmosphere.
- Implement store management guidelines and participate in inventory processes.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in clienteling and CRM tools.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet KPIs.
- Knowledge of the local trading environment and competitor activities.
- Attention to detail in maintaining store standards and operations.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24, based on relevant skills and experience.
