- Lead the opening, renovation, closure, relocation, and maintenance of Chloé boutiques and pop-ups in alignment with strategic, budgetary, and commercial objectives.
- Compile project dossiers by gathering, verifying, and analyzing necessary elements such as plans, specifications, and commercial briefs.
- Develop and manage project timelines.
- Initiate consultations, analyze offers, and select companies for project execution.
- Organize and manage contracts and administrative documents with municipalities and national bodies for each store opening.
- Brief suppliers on new material sourcing and conduct comparative price analysis.
- Coordinate and oversee construction works to ensure optimal quality, cost, and timelines.
- Optimize store opening processes.
- Compile a list of reservations during work receptions and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor and manage supplier payments.
- Conduct necessary store-planning analyses for the Richemont Group.
- Manage each project dossier with meticulous attention to detail, budget tracking, and timeline updates.
- Coordinate internally across Architecture and Design, Retail, IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Insurance departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, specific software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
