ChloéStore Planning Project Manager

- Manage store openings, renovations, closures, relocations, and maintenance for Chloé boutiques and pop-ups in line with strategy, budgets, and commercial objectives.
- Compile project files by gathering, controlling, and analyzing necessary elements such as plans, specifications, and commercial objectives.
- Establish the project timeline.
- Initiate consultations, analyze offers, and select companies.
- Organize and manage contracts and administrative documents with municipalities and national organizations for each opening.
- Brief suppliers on new material searches and conduct comparative price analyses.
- Coordinate and oversee construction work to ensure optimal quality, cost, and timing.
- Optimize store opening processes.
- Create a list of reservations during work reception and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor supplier payments.
- Conduct necessary store-planning analyses for the Richemont Group.
- Manage each project file with precision, including budget tracking, timeline updates, and delivery timing.
- Coordinate internally across Architecture and Design, Retail, IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Insurance.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, specific software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
