1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store sales targets, while managing progress and performance metrics.
2. Lead, manage, and evaluate the team to enhance their skills and performance.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's DNA through exceptional service.
4. Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including the management and improvement of front and back-of-house activities.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and various business partners.
6. Coordinate and negotiate with internal departments to provide information, proposals, and recommendations.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
2. Experience working in a department store environment is preferred.
3. Passion for fashion and the ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
4. Capability to independently devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
