1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store sales targets and manage performance metrics.

4. Enhance staff sales skills to deliver high-level service.
5. Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including front and back-end management and improvement.

7. Coordinate and negotiate with department stores and serve as the point of contact for partnerships.
8. Collaborate effectively with internal departments, providing information, proposals, and recommendations.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
2. Experience in department stores, particularly in-shop settings, is preferred.
3. Passion for fashion and the ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
4. Capability to devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
