1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store sales targets and manage performance metrics.
2. Lead, manage, and evaluate the team to ensure high levels of performance and development.

4. Enhance staff selling skills and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards.
5. Oversee efficient and effective store operations, including front and back-end processes.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and business partners.
7. Coordinate and negotiate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and information flow.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry, preferably with department store experience.
2. Demonstrated passion for fashion and ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
3. Proven ability to devise and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
