Responsibilities
- Lead the team to initiate and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Set up and monitor CRM targets for the boutique and stylists.
- Coordinate contact campaigns and supervise the use of CRM tools.
- Supervise the client database and know VIC clients of the store.
- Propose activities to meet or exceed clients’ expectations.
- Lead by example and supervise sales on the floor to improve business performance.
- Ensure full engagement of the team with omnichannel services.
- Create action plans to improve business in line with company strategy.
- Set up and monitor retail targets for the boutique and stylists.
- Participate in commercial activities and propose new business ideas.
- Organize team briefings and ensure high motivation levels.
- Perform individual, monthly, and yearly performance assessments.
- Shadow sales on the floor to coach the team and identify training needs.
- Lead recruitment and induction of team members.
- Supervise boutique environment and team grooming.
- Liaise with operations or retail managers for repairs or improvements.
- Ensure implementation of store management and sustainability guidelines.
- Manage payroll, expenses, and stock management.
- Oversee compliance with established Richemont policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Similar experience in luxury retail as a Store Manager or strong experience as a Store Manager Assistant.
Skills
- Good understanding of luxury standards.
- Organized and a team player.
- Strong experience with CRM tools and clienteling.
- Good strategic vision of business problematics.
- Comfortable speaking English.
