Chloé Stock Controller

- Ensure permanent accuracy of stock in store and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts.
- Efficiently organize stockroom and on-the-floor stocks, maintaining impeccable conditions throughout the day.
- Oversee the reception of deliveries from the central warehouse, ensuring accuracy upon receipt.
- Manage and follow up on stock transfers between stores or for commercial activities such as consignment, photo shoots, and trunk shows.
- Organize end-of-season returns.
- Participate in morning team briefings, sharing important operational information.
- Assist and follow up with stock requests from stylists as needed.
- Ensure proactive communication on daily deliveries and stock updates with the team.
- Share inventory results, consignment issues, and other relevant topics with the finance team.
- Communicate with other stores on best practices and encountered issues.
- Translate the Chloé attitude of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity, and positive impact.
- Actively participate in the stockist and operations community, sharing best practices and providing support.
- Manage and follow up on all shipping and VAT documents.
- Support the manager in formalizing and updating boutique operating procedures related to stocks, cash desk, and security.
- Provide administrative support to the team for booking couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
- Provide operational support for store supplies orders, including client drinks, cleaning products, PPE, and packaging.
- Support the manager in ensuring compliance with Richemont processes.

Previous experience in stock management or logistics within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
