1. Ensure permanent accuracy of stock in store and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts.
2. Efficiently organize stockroom and on-the-floor stocks, maintaining impeccable conditions.
3. Receive deliveries from the central warehouse and control upon reception.
4. Manage and follow up on stock transfers between stores or for commercial activities.
5. Organize end-of-season returns.
6. Participate in morning team briefings and share important operational information.
7. Assist with stock requests from stylists as needed.
8. Ensure proactive communication on daily deliveries and stock updates with the team.
9. Share inventory results and consignment issues with the finance team.
10. Communicate with other stores on best practices and encountered issues.
11. Manage and follow up on all shipping and VAT documents.
12. Support the manager in formalizing and updating boutique operating procedures.
13. Provide administrative support for booking couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
14. Support store operations regarding supplies orders.
15. Ensure compliance with Richemont processes.
