- Maintain perpetual accuracy of stock levels within the store through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure efficient organization and pristine condition of both stockroom and on-the-floor inventory at all times.
- Oversee the reception of deliveries from the central warehouse, ensuring thorough checks upon arrival.
- Manage and coordinate stock transfers between stores and for commercial activities such as consignment, photo shoots, and trunk shows.
- Organize end-of-season returns efficiently.
- Participate actively in team briefings, sharing critical operational information.
- Assist stylists with stock requests promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate proactively with the team regarding daily deliveries and stock updates.
- Share inventory results and consignment issues with the finance team.
- Engage with other stores to exchange best practices and address common challenges.
- Contribute to the Stockist and Operations community by sharing insights and seeking support.
- Oversee the management of all shipping and VAT documentation.
- Support the manager in formalizing and updating boutique operating procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance for booking couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
- Support store operations regarding supply orders, including client refreshments, cleaning products, PPE, and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont's processes and standards.
- Previous experience as a Stock Controller, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to inventory management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Candidates should have prior experience in a stock control role, ideally within a fashion retail environment.
