Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage actively in CRM activities and implement personalized communication campaigns.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve individual and collective boutique targets.
- Participate in training and commercial activities as directed by management.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance is impeccable and report any structural repairs needed.
- Support post-sale customer service to ensure an impeccable after-sales experience.
- Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using clienteling tools and CRM systems.
Experience Requirements
