- Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests into the Chloé family and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage actively in CRM initiatives, implementing personalized communication campaigns and utilizing clienteling tools.
- Collect and record client data systematically, ensuring comprehensive qualitative information is maintained.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and achieve individual and collective boutique targets.
- Participate in training sessions and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance is impeccable and support colleagues and management in operational excellence.
- Proactively inform management of any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Adhere to boutique management guidelines, including stock management and inventory participation.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using CRM and clienteling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of one year of experience in luxury or high-end retail sales is required.
