3. Plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
4. Train and mentor junior and temporary staff.
5. Propose and implement in-store displays and product placements.
6. Manage customer data, inventory, and related sales operations.
7. Perform associated PC-based tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, regardless of industry.
2. Passion for fashion and ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
3. Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
4. Ability to understand company policies and demonstrate proactive behavior in task execution.
5. High awareness of sales targets and ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve them.
