- Serve as an ambassador of the Chloé brand, welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on CRM targets and personalized clienteling.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont policies and standards, and support after-sales services.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and clienteling tools.
- Familiarity with omnichannel sales strategies.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required.
