- Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards and support colleagues and management.
- Proactively inform management of any necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and omnichannel sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
At least one prior experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector is required.
