Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests into the Chloé family.
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Engage in CRM activities and implement personalized communication campaigns.
- Collect and record client data systematically.
- Utilize omnichannel services to drive sales and meet individual and store targets.
- Participate in training and commercial activities set by management.
- Ensure the store is impeccably maintained and support colleagues and managers.
- Inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Apply store management guidelines and participate in inventory activities.
- Support clients post-sale and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
