1. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
2. Engage actively in CRM activities to achieve set objectives and implement personalized communication campaigns.
3. Utilize clienteling tools to collect and record client data systematically.
4. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and achieve individual and collective boutique targets.
5. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities as directed by management.
6. Ensure the boutique's operational excellence by maintaining a pristine environment and supporting colleagues and management.
7. Proactively inform management of any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment.
8. Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.

1. Strong client relationship management skills.
2. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Ability to utilize CRM tools effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

At least one prior experience in a luxury or high-end sales environment is required.
