- Oversee the recruitment process for trainees at the headquarters, managing approximately 60 recruitments annually.
- Collaborate with mentors to craft compelling job postings and utilize the ATS for effective dissemination on relevant job boards.
- Conduct rigorous pre-selection of candidates and engage in in-depth interviews alongside mentors.
- Develop precise and consolidated recruitment activity reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage all administrative aspects related to the integration of interns and apprentices, ensuring seamless coordination with Richemont's administrative teams.
- Organize and lead 'Become Chloé' integration days for new trainees and update the Enborder integration tool.
- Facilitate personalized follow-ups by organizing regular check-ins to assess trainee progress and gather feedback.
- Animate and invigorate the trainee community within Chloé and Richemont by organizing events such as lunches, afterworks, and training sessions.
- Act as an ambassador for the employer brand on student platforms, sharing engaging and relevant content.
- Participate actively in creating innovative communication materials for school events and organize approximately 15 school events annually.
- Contribute to the Richemont Group's 'School Relations' community, sharing best practices and participating in events with the HRBP.
- Conduct ongoing research on new recruitment trends to remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Proactive, organized, and adept at managing priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose improvements to existing processes.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A first experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment, is preferred.
Master's degree in progress, specializing in Human Resources.
