- Oversee the recruitment process for trainees at the headquarters, managing approximately 60 recruitments annually.
- Collaborate with mentors to draft compelling job advertisements and utilize the ATS for effective distribution on relevant job boards.
- Conduct rigorous pre-selection of candidates and facilitate in-depth interviews alongside mentors.
- Develop precise and consolidated recruitment activity reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage all administrative aspects related to the integration of interns and apprentices, ensuring seamless coordination with Richemont's administrative teams.
- Organize and lead 'Become Chloé' integration days for new trainees and update the Enborder integration tool.
- Conduct personalized follow-ups by organizing regular check-ins to assess trainee progress and gather feedback.
- Animate and energize the trainee community within Chloé and Richemont by organizing lunches, after-work events, training sessions, and managing dedicated communication channels.
- Act as an ambassador for the employer brand on student platforms, sharing engaging and relevant content.
- Actively participate in creating innovative communication materials for school events and organize approximately 15 school events annually in line with recruitment strategy and operational needs.
- Contribute to the Richemont Group's 'School Relations' community by participating in events and sharing best practices with other members.
- Conduct constant monitoring of new recruitment trends to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Master's student in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources, seeking a 6-month internship starting July 2025.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ease in public speaking, enabling impactful presentations about Chloé to students.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Proactive approach with the ability to improve existing processes.
- Strong interest in the fashion and luxury sector.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment, is considered a plus.
Master's student in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
