Chloé Product Manager - Jersey

- Oversee the entire product development process for jersey collections, ensuring adherence to timelines and collection plans.
- Register models in PLM, prepare development tracking documents, and create bill of materials.
- Update boards, STF, prototypes, and tracking tables daily throughout the collection development.
- Coordinate and follow up on yarn selections made during trade shows.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with various departments including studio, workshop, stock, merchandising, and production.
- Request creation of component, color, and material codes from the purchasing department.
- Organize launch preparations, including sending materials and supplies in collaboration with stock.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of bill of materials data for pricing meetings and production needs calculations.
- Receive showroom samples, verify model conformity, photograph, and archive samples.
- Manage press, commercial, special, and capsule repetitions, ensuring timely delivery.
- Receive press orders, verify model conformity, and organize delivery distribution by zone.
- Monitor daily budget estimates for collection development and update prototype launches and trial files.
- Create SAP orders for manufacturers and communicate SAP order numbers for invoicing.
- Verify, follow up, and validate SAP invoicing with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Conduct collection model, SKU, and form counts, and analyze showroom performance by group and color.
- Perform competitive benchmarking on product line technicality and consumer value.
- Degree in a fashion-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of jersey market specifics and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and agility.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with PDM software is advantageous.
- Strong product sensitivity.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar product management role within the fashion industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion or a related field.
