Responsibilities
- Assist the image director in coordinating projects across various departments including art buying, print and digital production, post-production, and graphic teams.
- Coordinate and produce photo shoots.
- Manage administrative and financial aspects of the image department, including budget tracking and supplier management.
- Maintain an artistic watch and manage a database of potential talents.
- Prepare summary documents using information collected from various department stakeholders.
- Work on digital, print, event, and press projects.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (Bac +5) in business, communication, or related fields.
- Significant experience in communication, either in an agency or as an advertiser.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- Fluent in English.
- Artistic sensitivity, especially towards fashion and luxury.
- Photography knowledge is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Significant experience in the field of communication, either in an agency or as an advertiser.
Education Requirements
Higher education degree (Bac +5) in business, communication, or related fields.
