- Collaborate with Maison leadership to execute performance management and organizational development activities.
- Provide HR-related thought leadership and coaching to promote a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Partner with employees to assess skill gaps and incorporate development needs into HR strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of employee benefit programs and company policies.
- Create and facilitate change management plans and coach leaders to drive outcomes.
- Represent Chloé and other Maisons to align HR practices with business needs.
- Champion inclusion to promote a sense of belonging across the Maisons and Richemont Americas.
- Partner with leaders and legal teams to address employee relations issues and mitigate risks.
- Coach managers to address performance management and employee relations concerns.
- Oversee the application of HR policies and contribute to policy improvements.
- Align talent-related processes with business goals to maximize performance outcomes.
- Provide HR updates to leadership, reviewing talent capabilities and succession plans.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure timely follow-up on improvement plans.
- Design and implement training tools to address skill gaps and business needs.
- Facilitate the talent acquisition process and ensure a seamless induction for new employees.
- Conduct workforce analysis and provide guidance during performance management processes.
- Leverage HR tools and analysis to advise on salary reviews.
- Maintain employment status information in HRIS and generate reports as needed.
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Experience with an international matrixed organization is a plus.
- Understanding of HR best practices and talent management principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Effectiveness in identifying people needs and delivering impactful outcomes.
- High drive for results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with skills in employee relations, organizational development, recruiting, and performance management.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
Expected Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
