1. Collaborate with Maison leadership to execute performance management and organizational development activities.
2. Provide HR-related thought leadership and coaching to promote a culture of ownership and accountability.
3. Partner with employees to assess skill gaps and incorporate development needs into HR strategies.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of employee benefit programs and company policies.
5. Create and facilitate change management plans and coach leaders to drive outcomes.
6. Represent Chloé and other Maisons to align HR practices with business needs.
7. Champion inclusion to promote a sense of belonging across the Maisons and Richemont Americas.
8. Partner with leaders and legal teams to address employee relations issues and mitigate risks.
9. Coach managers to address performance management and employee relations concerns.
10. Oversee the application of HR policies and contribute to policy improvements.
11. Align talent-related processes with business goals to maximize performance outcomes.
12. Provide HR updates to leadership, reviewing talent capabilities and succession plans.
13. Oversee performance management processes and ensure timely follow-up on improvement plans.
14. Design and implement training tools to address skill gaps and business needs.
15. Facilitate the talent acquisition process and ensure a seamless induction for new employees.
16. Conduct workforce analysis and provide guidance during performance management processes.
17. Leverage HR tools and analysis to advise on salary reviews.
18. Maintain employment status information in HRIS and generate reports as needed.
19. Compile and analyze data to support decision-making.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
3. Experience in luxury retail preferred.
4. Experience with an international matrixed organization is a plus.

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with skills in employee relations, organizational development, recruiting, and performance management.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.

Expected Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
