Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Engage in CRM activities and implement personalized communication campaigns.
- Collect and record client data systematically.
- Utilize omnichannel services to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Participate in training and commercial activities set by store management.
- Ensure the store's appearance is impeccable and support colleagues and managers.
- Inform management of any necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Apply store management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support clients post-sale and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on excellence and creativity.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience Requirements
At least one previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
