- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Engage actively in CRM initiatives, implementing personalized communication campaigns.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
- Participate in training and commercial activities set by store management.
- Ensure the boutique's operational excellence, maintaining a pristine environment.
- Support post-sale customer service to ensure impeccable after-sales experiences.
- Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to utilize omnichannel sales tools effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
At least one prior experience in a luxury or high-end sales environment is required.
