Chloé E-commerce Operations Manager

- Oversee global e-commerce operations, including management of distribution centers in Europe and the US.
- Develop and implement coordination processes with internal teams such as Supply, Packaging, Merchandising, Marketing, Licenses, and Customer Service to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Logistics teams to align workforce with sales forecasts, optimize stock integrations, and monitor orders and returns.
- Generate operational reports and forecasts to identify and address operational challenges across the value chain.
- Take proactive measures based on reports to ensure seamless business operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Address daily customer relationship center requests related to operational issues such as shipping delays and packaging concerns.
- Manage packaging processes, including demand forecasting, order management, delivery, and execution optimization.
- Oversee the Licenses business, including sales planning, order management, invoicing, and delivery tracking for categories like Kids, Fragrances, and Sunglasses.
- Support the e-commerce internalization roadmap and the conversion of e-wholesalers into e-retail concessions.
- Supervise and mentor one team member.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least one role focused on e-commerce operations.
- Demonstrated success in building e-commerce businesses through various channels, including direct-to-consumer and marketplaces.
- Strong business acumen with technical sensibility and understanding.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a complex and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, GTM, GMB, Data Studio, JIRA, and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop robust e-commerce strategies.
A minimum of 7 years in e-commerce, including significant experience in operations and business development across multiple channels.
