Chloé Director of Omnichannel Client Engagement

- Define and execute the client strategy and vision for North America, aligning with the Maison's objectives.
- Guide boutique managers to drive sales growth and client loyalty.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement client development activation plans.
- Partner with the retail director to ensure consistent execution of clienteling initiatives.
- Develop third-party partnerships to expand the client database and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure clienteling campaigns align with business priorities and manage associated KPIs.
- Propose and execute events to elevate client experiences and drive in-store traffic.
- Analyze initiative results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead the adoption of innovative client outreach tools and methodologies.
- Establish communication frameworks for clienteling updates and feedback.
- Drive clienteling knowledge through training resources and team leadership.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, retail, marketing e-commerce, or CRM.
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury client purchasing behaviors.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury client development strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to translate client data into actionable plans.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury hospitality, retail, marketing e-commerce, or CRM, with proven experience in client development and engagement strategies.
Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Expected salary range: $150,000-$170,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
