- Develop and manage client development strategies in line with the Maison vision.
- Drive sales growth and loyalty from new and existing clients.
- Lead analytics, data management reporting, and clienteling programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create client development activation plans.
- Ensure alignment of clienteling campaigns with business priorities.
- Elevate client experience both in-store and out-of-store.
- Analyze initiative results and maintain feedback loops.
- Establish communication frameworks for clienteling updates.
- Manage and develop the client project manager.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, retail, marketing e-commerce, and/or CRM
- Thorough understanding of luxury client and purchasing behaviors
- In-depth knowledge of luxury client development strategies
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to translate client data into actionable plans

At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, retail, marketing e-commerce, and/or CRM.
Expected salary range: $150,000-$170,000. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
