Responsibilities

- Lead the team to achieve business excellence and prestige.
- Set clear targets and assist the team in developing qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
- Refine and elevate client engagement and in-store experience.
- Motivate boutique staff with dynamic daily briefings.
- Coach the team on the floor and provide regular feedback.
- Analyze weekly and monthly reports.
- Contribute to buying sessions during showrooms.
- Manage back office administration, including audits, stock, and cash management.
- Collaborate with support functions to achieve commercial success.
- Ensure a strong Chloé customer experience.
- Create emotional connections with clients and nurture relationships with VICs.
- Organize special events or trunk shows for VICs.
- Oversee stylist client books and Boutique CRM.
- Lead recruitment activities and induction programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and create action plans for improvement.
- Provide in-store training and coaching to enhance team skills.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail and fashion industry.
