Chloé Deputy Boutique Manager

- Lead the team to achieve business excellence by setting clear targets and developing qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
- Enhance client engagement and in-store experience through refined practices and dynamic leadership.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales reports and contribute to buying sessions.
- Manage back-office administration, including internal audits, stock management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences by nurturing strong relationships with clients and organizing exclusive events.
- Oversee recruitment activities and collaborate with HR on strategic issues such as training and development plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide tailored action plans for team improvement.
- Deliver in-store training and coaching to enhance team skills in client discovery and product presentation.
- Minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in luxury retail and fashion industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills for customer service and stakeholder management.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing strategic action plans.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail and fashion industry is required.
