- Oversee the regional contact plan to drive client loyalty and optimize clienteling strategies for each segment.
- Assess opportunities and risks related to Very Important Client (VIC) engagement and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the client gifting program within budget, ensuring positive return on investment.
- Supervise data quality indicators and key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing training needs and sharing best practices.
- Generate client insights and studies to inform business decisions.
- Monitor net promoter scores and client feedback, addressing opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate client events to acquire and engage clients.
- Oversee the adoption and training of clienteling applications across retail teams.
- Collaborate with central Client and IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 9-10 years of experience in CRM and client-related roles within the luxury retail industry.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in CRM and retail KPIs.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
