1. Develop comprehensive training programs in professional, technical, and management skills tailored for maison employees.
2. Design and implement management training for boutique managers and assistant managers.
3. Coordinate and execute technical training initiatives, including those for new boutique openings.
4. Identify and analyze training needs within retail boutiques to ensure alignment with maison objectives.
5. Manage logistics and coordinate the delivery of training sessions.
6. Collaborate with Richemont Training Program for office-based staff and managers.
7. Prepare and maintain an annual training calendar, including the management of training history and participant records.
8. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, proposing improvements as necessary.
9. Develop and update training materials, including newcomer orientation and fashion basics.
10. Oversee the training budget, ensuring cost-effective program delivery.

1. Minimum of 3 years of training experience in the apparel or luxury industry.
2. Deep understanding of the luxury fashion business.
3. Proficiency in English at an intermediate to business level.
