- Monitor, report, and analyze headcount and payroll data for headquarters and regional offices.
- Prepare and revise payroll budgets, including budget construction and process calendar management.
- Produce mandatory social reports such as social balance sheets, gender equality index, and BDES.
- Support ad hoc requests, analyses, and report preparation for negotiations with social partners.
- Analyze key global HR KPIs, including turnover, mobility rates, and absenteeism.
- Produce monthly social provisions at each financial close.
- Participate in compensation analysis, including benchmarking, ranking, and gender equality assessments.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of data for annual salary reviews.
- Oversee the clothing allowance process.
- Contribute to the implementation of headcount and personnel expense tracking modules in Workday.
- Assist in cleaning personnel data.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Controlling and Compensation.
- Strong service orientation and adaptability to respond to diverse requests.
- Proactive and comfortable with numerical data, able to liaise with finance.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Organized, structured, and process-oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
- Knowledge of SAP is highly appreciated.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and initiative.
- Fluent in English.
2 to 3 years of experience in HR Controlling and Compensation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources.
