- Drive retail sales and achieve individual sales goals using advanced sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to cultivate a strong clienteling culture and drive client growth.
- Plan and execute client initiatives before, during, and after service activities.
- Collaborate with the regional retail team to execute CRM, Client Development, and Special Events activities.
- Provide onboarding training for new hires on the Chloe Clienteling App and other omnichannel tools.
- Support stylists in improving outreach-to-appointment conversion, data collection, and client segmentation growth.
- Ensure personalized actions are taken to maintain strong relationships with top clients and increase business.
- Engage with intermediate segment clients about key brand messages and promotions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with new clients to achieve repeat sales.
- Reactivate inactive clients to meet management targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail.
- Experience with clienteling software preferred.

A minimum of three years in a retail environment, preferably with experience in clienteling software.
Expected hourly range: $25-$30. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
