- Oversee regional contact plan to drive client loyalty.
- Optimize clienteling pressure for each client segment.
- Prepare target groups and import assets in clienteling app.
- Brief boutique teams on clienteling campaigns and monitor results.
- Assess opportunities and risks related to VIC activity and engagement.
- Collect and share best practices across all programs.
- Identify eCRM/web push opportunities specific to the region.
- Oversee client gifting program within the allocated budget.
- Supervise data quality indicators and address training needs.
- Generate client insights and studies to support business decisions.
- Monitor net promoter score and client feedback.
- Ensure adoption of omnichannel services by retail teams.
- Support development of processes, policies, and trainings.
- Contribute to the development of events calendar.
- Coordinate organization of regional and international VIC events.
- Oversee adoption and training of clienteling application.
- Partner cross-functionally for tech product enhancement.
- Manage user creation/deletion requests across platforms.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in CRM, marketing, and/or e-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with data and understanding KPIs
- Experience in clienteling and developing initiatives
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

Previous experience in CRM, marketing, and/or e-commerce is required.
Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Expected Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
