Chloé Client Development Project Manager

- Oversee regional contact plans to enhance client loyalty and optimize clienteling strategies for various client segments.
- Assess and address opportunities and risks related to Very Important Client (VIC) engagement, proposing creative solutions tailored to local needs.
- Collect and disseminate best practices and success stories across all client development programs.
- Identify and prepare briefs for eCRM and web push opportunities specific to the region.
- Manage the regional client gifting program within budget, ensuring positive ROI through strategic inventory management and boutique team guidance.
- Supervise data quality indicators and address training needs with local and central teams, providing best practices to collaborators.
- Generate comprehensive client insights and studies to support organizational decision-making.
- Monitor net promoter scores and client feedback, addressing opportunities for improvement and supporting team upskilling in partnership with corporate functions.
- Ensure strong adoption of omnichannel services by retail teams through regular training and activity monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of the events calendar and coordinate regional and international VIC events to enhance client engagement.
- Oversee the adoption and training of clienteling applications across retail teams, partnering cross-functionally to enhance tech products.
- Manage user creation and deletion requests across platforms for all retail employees.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in CRM, marketing, and/or e-commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with data, understanding KPIs, and running reports.
- Experience in clienteling and developing client engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.
- Customer-centric mindset with a sense of luxury.
- Positive team player.
Previous experience in CRM, marketing, and/or e-commerce is required.
Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Expected salary range: $85,000-$100,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
