1. Maintain permanent accuracy of stock in store and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts.
2. Ensure efficient organization of stockroom and on-the-floor stocks, maintaining an impeccable state throughout the day.
3. Oversee the reception of deliveries from the central warehouse and conduct thorough checks upon arrival.
4. Manage and follow up on stock transfers between stores or for commercial activities.
5. Organize end-of-season returns.
6. Participate in morning team briefings, sharing important operational information including daily deliveries and stock updates.
7. Support stock requests from team members.
8. Share inventory results, consignment issues, and other relevant topics with the finance team.
9. Communicate with other stores on best practices and encountered issues.
10. Translate the Chloé attitude of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity, and positive impact.
11. Manage all shipping documents and VAT documents.
12. Support the manager in formalizing and updating operating procedures of the boutique (stocks, cash desk, security).
13. Provide administrative support in booking couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
14. Complete store supply orders.
15. Ensure perfect compliance with Richemont processes.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Previous experience in retail sales, with a preference for those with a background in jewelry or high-end luxury products.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
