- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests into the Chloé family.
- Lead and develop the team to foster long-term client relationships.
- Monitor and achieve CRM targets for the boutique and individual stylists.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools and oversee client database management.
- Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including contact and gifting campaigns.
- Supervise sales activities on the floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
- Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide performance feedback.
- Analyze sales data and collaborate on strategic action plans.
- Motivate the team to achieve boutique and individual sales targets.
- Organize team briefings and maintain high levels of motivation and product knowledge.
- Support recruitment and induction processes.
- Ensure the boutique environment and team grooming meet Maison standards.
- Liaise with management to suggest operational improvements.
- Oversee stock management and compliance with Richemont policies.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales.

Significant experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on client relations and team leadership.
